I had mixed feelings about my stay at the hotel. While the cleanliness and dining options were impressive, the service left much to be desired, especially at the reception. The wellness facilities didn't meet my expectations, and the overall experience felt more frustrating than rejuvenating.

We had a pleasant stay overall, enjoying the spacious suite and the great food at the restaurant. However, the spa experience was less than ideal with long wait times and inadequate treatments. Additionally, the housekeeping could use improvement as it didn't meet our expectations. The staff was friendly but communication was sometimes an issue.
